Featured Designer: Claudia Soria

5.KIMSA2.KIMSA6.KIMSAKIMSAClaudia Soria is a freelance print designer from Rotterdam, in the Netherlands, and I think she is the queen of fun geos! However I was equally floored by her beautiful nature-inspired prints, like the layered botanical floral above, and her tongue-in-cheek bears in the forest, which felt like a new take on camouflage. Claudia writes that she is a “creative and passionate print designer, who graduated from the Willem de Kooning Academy of Arts where she studied fashion. She works with a variety of mediums ranging from drawing, digital and collage with main experience in allover and placement designs for the fashion industry. She loves the world of print and pattern and is always creating new exciting designs.”

Claudia is currently seeking licensing opportunities and is available for commissions or freelance work. You can see more of her work at claudiasoria.com, like her page on Facebook or buy fabrics in her Spoonflower shop!

Have a wonderful weekend–I hope Claudia’s amazing prints will inspire you to spend some time designing! -Chelsea
