What You’ll Experience
Week 1: Decode Your 2025 & Discover What’s Calling
You’ll spend the first week reflecting on 2025. What energized you, what drained you, and what’s missing. Through guided “fieldwork,” you’ll collect insights from your sketches, journals, photos, and posts to uncover what truly lights you up. This isn’t a performance review; it’s creative research for your future.
Week 2: Build Your 2026 Growth System
Inspired by Anne-Laure Le Cunff’s “Tiny Experiments,” you’ll shift from setting big goals to crafting small, actionable pacts. You’ll learn to:
- Design experiments that are purposeful, actionable, and flexible
- Use “growth loops” (a simple weekly Plus/Minus/Next practice) to reflect and adjust as you go
- Share your process in ways that feel energizing, not performative
- Map out a quarterly roadmap that guides you, but never boxes you in
