On the Inside: Swarm by Leslie Oschmann

So my love of chipped/worn paint continues with this amazing collection from Leslie Oschmann at Swarm. She reuses and repurposes artwork and furniture in such innovative ways. My favorite pieces are the plates that have an old canvas plastered on top..she takes two old pieces of artwork and turns them into something new, modern, and magnificent. In other instances she cuts out pieces from old oil paintings and sews fabric in their place. I love the surprise of something new and unique in a piece that otherwise would have been overlooked. You can see more of these limited edition pieces at anthropologie.com
