Today’s featured studio just brings a smile to my face with their fun, quirky patterns! What I love about the All The Fruits style is their ability to straddle the line between playful and sophisticated, creating patterns that are suited just as well to a child’s bedroom as they are to a contemporary living room or kitchen. The clean, graphic shapes and cheerful color palettes really play into the wide scope of their appeal.

“All The Fruits is the creative partnership of illustrator Stephen Cheetham and interior designer Jessica Pinotti. Our aim is to collaborate with architects, designers, manufacturers, brands and also the general public, working together to best utilise patterns within a specific field…We first worked together back at the beginning of 2012, when we had the opportunity to take over the walls of London cafe Tina, We Salute You. During this experience we realised that our skills complemented each other. The decision to focus on pattern and surface design was mutual and spontaneous. Since then we worked on building our first collection of patterns to show to the world…The pattern collection is purposefully not attached to a particular product or end use, but left as just the pattern, with the premise that it can be applied to anything from paper to fabric to wood to walls. We are happy to work closely with a client to create a bespoke pattern for them, for a specific use, or provide an existing pattern.”

The studio is based in Bologna, Italy and can be reached via their website, Facebook and on Twitter as @allthefruits.
