This is a brand-new 10-month small-group coaching program within the Textile Design Lab, designed specifically for designers who are done guessing and ready to take strategic action.
It’s not a course you watch once and forget. It’s a cohort, a small group moving through the same process together, with live coaching and real accountability built in.
Here’s how it works:
Months 1–4: Live Group Coaching: We dig into the real work together. That means auditing your portfolio, identifying the agents and studios that are the right fit for your work, crafting your pitch, and practicing before you ever hit send. You’ll get honest feedback and answers to questions you didn’t even know you had.
Months 5–10: Guided Action + Community Support: You’ll be actively reaching out, submitting, and building relationships, with ongoing community support to keep you moving and accountable. No more stalling out alone.
Optional: 1:1 Coaching For designers who want personalized attention, two spots are available for monthly 1:1 coaching, two 30-minute sessions per month where we work through your specific portfolio, pitches, and strategy. ($500/month, limited availability)
By the end of this program, you’ll have a polished, positioned portfolio ready for the right agents and studios, a clear submission strategy you can use again and again, real industry relationships (not just names on a list), and a community of designers who’ve been on this journey with you.
