Designer Feature: Craftifairy

Liat Huller Harari of Craftifairy is drawn to bold colorful flowers and whimsical critters. She finds endless inspiration in the beauty of nature and always strives to celebrate this beauty through designs that evoke a sense of joy, playfulness, and wonder. She also draws inspiration from historic design styles, particularly the Arts and Crafts movement and Art Nouveau, which resonate with their organic, nature-inspired motifs and elegant, flowing forms.

Craftifairy’s creative process typically begins with a sketch, where she captures the initial essence of the design. Then she brings the sketch into Procreate to develop and refine the pattern with greater detail. The final stages are completed in Adobe Illustrator, with time for a lot of playful experimentation and color tests. These patterns can be used for textiles, apparel, wallpaper, stationery, gift wrapping, greeting cards, and more.
