These lovely pieces are all part of John Robshaw’s new store, Souk. The store consists of pieces made from John’s journeys across the world; pillows pieced together from amazing finds across Asia, vintage blankets made out of fabrics from here and there and these lovely block prints that John makes while in his workshop. How cool would it be to hang out in a workshop and play with hundreds of hand-carved blocks??? I would be in heaven! The first 3 pieces also have an interesting story:

“During block printing, the tables are covered with a white cotton cloth and the printers test the blocks. I then go and print some more patterns on top to make a record of my time in the workshop. These one-of-a-kind paintings add ambiance to any interior when hung from the wall.”  I love this!!!
