Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator with Sherry London

We couldn’t work as efficiently without Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, but these programs can be extremely frustrating! If you have a specific Photoshop or Illustrator problem Sherry would love to work with you to overcome your struggle and get back to the design process ASAP!

Sherry’s background:

Adobe expert Sherry London has written over a dozen books on Photoshop, Illustrator, and Painter, plus taught Photoshop and Illustrator. She is also a surface pattern designer and this gives her a unique, invaluable insight for our industry. She also writes our monthly Tech Talk posts and teaches Photoshop for Designers I & II, which can be found in the Textile Design Lab.

A few tips from Sherry:

“Photoshop and Illustrator can work together to help you create art that is unlike anyone else’s. Learning more about Photoshop is one of the best investments you can make in your career because it can be the spot where your own original media turns into images that don’t look ‘computerized’ but that could not have been done any other way. The more you know about the off-the-track features in Photoshop, the more possibilities you give yourself in the design of totally unique—and totally “you”—images.”
