The PATTERNOBSERVER.COM website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is designed to provide users with high quality information and educational material about textile design.

Any claim or dispute between you and the Website that arises in whole or in part from the Website shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Buncombe County, North Carolina.
