What people are saying:

The Ultimate Guide to Repeats with Michelle Fifis was such an incredible value! I feel so good that I can finally make patterns the right (easiest, no headache) way and know how to prep files to make printers happy and jobs successful. Michelle offered the information clearly and in easy to digest chunks. She is obviously a natural at teaching. She also was generously available for questions about the lessons too. And now I get to have the lessons with me whenever I need to review. Thank you so much Michelle and Pikaland for such a fantastic resource!

  • Lisa, I suggest you ask Michelle to remove your email adresses’ from the comment. It’s not safe tell people which email you use on paypal.

  • I just signed up for the class. I took Textiles Design in College but we focused on hand painted work. Then life happened. Now 4 yrs later I am returning to the job market and while I can’t paint and develop prints in photoshop and understand repeats, I am painfully slow at putting them into repeat. I have lost jobs because of this. I have had freelance gigs cut short… I am hoping this class allows me to go back onto the job market with confidence and the knowledge required for to get the job! Thank you so much for offering this! Love your blog!

  • This is going to be your year Nicole! Just practice, practice, practice! Try timing yourself and pretend that you are working under tight deadlines. This may sound a little silly, but it helps! My heart goes out to you and please post questions to the forum or Linkedin page!

  • I took surface design in a two year program and continued to another school where I graduated in fashion Design. I have several years experience in the fashion industry, I know it well and have worked as lead positions from design to production, importing, communications etc… But after some time off having had my daughter – I don’t really want to get back into that trade…Too many hours for not enough $ = not worth it. But I LOVE to draw and am fluent in Illustrator, but not photoshop. Am pretty good at repeats, but there is always room for improvement. I need to work from home now to be with my family, but want to learn a new avenue as a freelancer, doing what I love!

I’ve spent my whole weekend on your blog – thank you for creating such a well-curated resource on the web.

I’ve only today found this course you offered – is there any chance you’ll be offering it again in the future? Can I sign up to be notified somewhere for future courses you’ll be instructing?

    Many thanks,

    Heath
